Each product is carefully made, packed, and shipped with love and attention to detail. To ensure smooth transactions and fair handling of orders, we have outlined our refund and return policies below.
Order Cancellation & Modification
We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed to ensure timely dispatch. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to make any modifications to your order (for example, changes in quantity, product type, or colour), please inform us before 8:00 AM the next working day. Kindly note that:
- No refunds will be issued for modifications.
- The new total order value should remain the same or higher.
Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Orders within India are usually delivered within 2 to 14 days depending on your location. International deliveries typically take 2 to 4 weeks.
We request all customers to carefully review the product details, quantities, shipping address, and contact information before placing an order. Incorrect information may result in delivery failure, for which we cannot take responsibility.
Handmade Crochet & Knitted Products
We do not offer refunds or returns for orders once they have been placed. All our handmade crochet dolls, accessories, and finished products are carefully checked before dispatch.
A refund will be issued only in the event that an item is missing from your order, subject to the following conditions:
You must inform us within 2 days of delivery.
A clear, uninterrupted unpacking video is mandatory as proof, starting from the sealed package and clearly showing the missing item.
Claims raised without an unpacking video will not be accepted.
Once the missing item claim is verified, the refund (or replacement, at our discretion) will be processed within 5 working days.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind or personal preference.
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery.
Claims raised after 2 days from delivery.
Claims without a proper unpacking video.
Please note that since our products are handmade and made to order, all sales are final except for verified missing items.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product and complete our inspection, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 to 4 working days.
Please note that if your order is returned to us (RTO—Return to Origin) for any of the following reasons, we will deduct two-way shipping charges before reshipping or refunding:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Unreachable or incorrect phone number.
Recipient not available or refusing delivery.
Delivery OTP verification not completed.
Automated delivery calls not answered.
In such cases, refunds will not be issued unless the shipping costs are settled.

Final Note
We highly recommend that you record a video while opening your package and inspecting the contents. This step is essential for raising claims in case of damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery. Without this video, we will be unable to assist further.
